Jose Reyes is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Reyes Strategy Solutions, dedicated to helping small businesses and nonprofits grow with strategy, purpose, and impact. Born in Guerrero, Mexico, and a former DACA recipient, Jose turned his experience as an immigrant from the Little Village neighborhood in Chicago into a lifelong mission to expand access and opportunity for others.

With over a decade of experience in human resources, business development, and organizational leadership, Jose also serves as Chief Operating Officer of ASPIRA Inc. of Illinois. He is a proud Executive MBA graduate, Board Member of the Hispanic Business Network, and SHRM member. As part of the Fall 2025 Hombres de HACE Leadership cohort, Jose continues to champion collaboration, inclusion, and trust, values that define both his leadership and his mission to empower communities through strategy and impact.

Rosa Reyes is deeply rooted in her values of family, culture, and community. With a background in the service industry and a strong education in accounting, she combines her passion for people with her expertise in bookkeeping and financial management. Her journey has taught her the importance of hard work, resilience, and using her skills to uplift others.
